Shipping Policy

Orders are processed a day after purchase, so that is one day to pick, pack and send an order.

If there is a problem with your order once received, or if the wrong item has been sent, please contact us, or see our Returns and Refunds policy.

Orders within the UK are currently free; namely Royal Mail Second Class/48 hour tracked, or by Evri. There are other options at the checkout stage, such as Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, or next day Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Tracking details are sent once the order has been processed.
